Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • dash of salt

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Put all the ingredients into a sauce pot over medium heat. Whisk and bring to a simmer.
  2. Cook for about 2 minutes. Taste and add more salt, if needed.
