Sweet, spicy and sticky, this flavorful salmon recipe is another way to use red pepper jelly. Pour something else over that cream cheese.

Ingredients

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine the red pepper jelly, soy sauce and sesame oil in a plastic zipper bag. Add the salmon fillets. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 
  2. When ready to cook, remove the fish from the marinade. Heat the vegetable oil in a nonstick pan or oil a grill pan. Cook the salmon over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Serve with additional red pepper jelly.
