Ingredients
- 16 ounces blueberries, frozen
- 1/4 cup honey
Here's how to make it:
- Put the blueberries and honey into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. (Try this recipe with strawberries, raspberries or blackberries.)
- Spread the mixture into a loaf pan. Freeze at least 2 hours, then serve. Store the sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer.
