- 1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the eggs and cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
- Cook one-fourth of the batter in a preheated waffle maker that's been coated with nonstick cooking spray for about 2 to 3 minutes. (Be sure to preheat the waffle iron before cooking the chaffles.)
- Remove to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
