- 2 large avocados, pitted, skin removed and cut in half
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, chopped (remove seeds and ribs for less heat)

- Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Process until very smooth and creamy.
- Taste. Add desired amount of salt and pepper. If you want it creamier, add a little water and pulse again.
