Light and airy, this whipped guacamole recipe is as happy on a cracker as it is on a tortilla chip. It's fun to serve this healthy dip in a molcajete.

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados, pitted, skin removed and cut in half
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped (remove seeds and ribs for less heat)

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Process until very smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste. Add desired amount of salt and pepper. If you want it creamier, add a little water and pulse again.
