Mint frosting is so refreshing on desserts of all kinds. Top your cupcakes, frost your cookies or your favorite cake recipe with this easy peppermint frosting recipe

For St. Patrick's Day, color the frosting green and surprise your little leprechauns. Even better, have them make some of this fun frosting with you. It'll be the icing on your St. Paddy's Day cake or cupcakes.

All the ingredients are put into a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Use milk to make the creamy mint frosting as thick or thin as you need it.
