Ingredients

• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 ounce (1 packet) taco seasoning
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 16 ounces (1 can) chili beans, undrained
• 15 ounces (1 can) whole kernel corn, drained
• 15 ounces (1 can) pinto beans, drained
• 14 ounces (1 can) stewed tomatoes
• 10 ounces (1 can) diced tomato with green chilies
• 4 ounces (1 can) chopped green chilies
• 1 ounce (1 packet) ranch salad dressing mix

Here’s how to make it:

1. Cook the ground beef in a large soup pot until brown. (Try this soup recipe with ground turkey instead of ground beef.)
2. Add the remaining ingredients except optional toppings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes. Serve with desired toppings. Store the soup in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the microwave.
