Ingredients

• 8.5 ounces (1 box) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
• 15 ounces (1 can) whole kernel corn, drained
• 15 ounces (1 can) cream-style corn
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup melted butter

Here’s how to make it:

1. Combine all the ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. (You could double this recipe and bake it in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Increase cooking time.)
2. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 40 minutes, or until lightly browned. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the microwave.
