Favorite Shortcut Fudge Brownie Recipe Is Ooey, Gooey Good (30 Minutes) Shortcut Recipes Desserts Low Sodium Recipes Snacks Budget Recipes Cakes/Cupcakes
A friend turned me on to this way of making brownies years ago. The chocolate bars turn into a decadent chocolate filling, which is gooey if you serve them on warm days and harder on colder days. Either way, this easy brownie recipe is one of the moistest (and easiest!) you'll ever make.
This is one of our fan favorite brownie shortcut recipes. The brownies start with a box of brownie mix. All you do to make these chocolate fudge brownies spectacular is put chocolate toffee bars in the middle. Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions, then put half of the batter into a 13x9-inch cake pan. Lay the chocolate bars on top of the batter, and then cover with the remaining brownie batter. Bake according to package directions (do not overbake!). These brownies must cool completely before being cut into squares.
Serve these chocolatey brownies as a snack or for dessert, and get ready for the recipe requests. And yes, technically there are more than two ingredients if you include what you need to make the brownies. But those are pantry ingredients most of us have anyway. So to me, they're two-ingredient brownies.
