- sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into slices
- olive oil
- salt
- cinnamon sugar
Here’s how to make them:
- With a sharp knife, cut out pumpkin faces in the sweet potatoes. Lay them on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
- Spray the sweet potatoes with olive oil cooking spray or brush olive oil on lightly with a pastry brush. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon sugar.
- Bake in a preheated 450-degree F oven for about 18 to 20 minutes.
