These veggie roll-ups are an easy snack or lunch to make for kids. It's so easy, they can even make it themselves! Kids can enjoy these like a burrito or cut them into pinwheels. You’ll need:
- long, thin slices of red and green apples
- cucumber
- celery
- bag of spinach
- carrot sticks
- wrap or tortillas
- vegetable cream cheese
Here’s how to make them:
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the wrap.
- Pick a variety of veggies and lay them on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll up the wrap and enjoy!!
Mom tip: Leave a little cream cheese on the edge of the wrap and use that like glue so that it stays wrapped up tight!
