Recipe Notes

  • You can try other cheeses in this recipe, such as Gruyere or Parmesan.
  • To make this recipe gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  • You can add more or less Sriracha, depending on your preferences.
  • Store leftovers in a container in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave or oven.

Hereโ€™s how you make it:

  1. Pulse the broccoli florets in a food processor until totally chopped up. Toss chopped broccoli into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, cheese, scallions, garlic, water and Sriracha. Blend with a spoon.
  3. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and add to broccoli mixture.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place broccoli in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes, then form them into tots.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes. Check the bottoms at that time and if they're not brown yet, add another 5. Flip and cook until top is brown, about 10 to 15 more minutes.
