Is your baby ready to move up from just plain ol’ mashed bananas? Try this healthy banana and quinoa recipe and watch Baby's face when this new texture hits his tongue! 

You’ll need:

  • 1 banana
  • 4 tablespoons cooked quinoa
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • cinnamon

Here’s how you make it:

  1. Mash the banana.
  2. Stir in the quinoa and yogurt. 
  3. Sprinkle in a little cinnamon, to taste.
