For Eric Trousdale’s (Tanta Restaurant, Chicago) cocktail, combine 

• 1.25 oz pisco
• .5 oz whiskey
• .25 oz amaro
• .5 oz Pure Canadian maple syrup 
• .75 oz lemon juice
