Summer Snacks: How to Make Blueberry Popsicle Balls! by Cheryl Leahy

For a special treat, I made blueberry Popsicle "balls" for my son! I simply washed blueberries, patted them dry and put them in the freezer. They make a healthy, natural treat on a hot day!

It is a great way to preserve fresh blueberries if you can't eat them before they spoil. You can even throw them in smoothies or on top of oatmeal or yogurt. Another way to prepare these is to dip them in Greek yogurt and freeze for a sweet treat as well. You could also substitute blackberries and raspberries.

Enjoy food in a healthy way!
