Are you looking for an easy, healthy dessert for your family or your cookie swap? Black bean brownies are nutritious, gluten-free and dairy-free! Yes, they’re made with black beans and are delicious! I use the recipe from Chocolate Covered Katie, but there are many others online. To make them into easy-to-eat bites:
- bake them in a shallow baking sheet
- let them cool
- cut into 1x1-inch squares
- dust them with powdered sugar
- place in small designer cupcake liners
They are bean-tastic!
