Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Here's how to make it:
- Put the trimmed green beans into a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, Parmesan and garlic powder. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat the green beans.
- Pour the green beans onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a single layer. (Instead of using parchment paper, you could spray the baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.)
- Bake in a preheated 425-degree F oven for about 15 minutes. Flip the green beans over and continue to cook about 10 minutes more. Store any leftover green beans in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave.
