Smoothies are a wonderful way to get extra nutrition into your day in a delicious way. This triple berry smoothie recipe has quadruple the health benefits because of the health benefits of raspberries, the health benefits of blueberries, the health benefits of banana and the health benefits of yogurt. Not bad for a healthy recipe that takes five minutes to make!
To make this creamy berry smoothie you only need five healthy, wholesome ingredients. Here is what to gather to make this tasty smoothie: banana, raspberries, blueberries, strawberry-flavored yogurt and the milk of your choice. The ingredients are whirled in a blender until creamy.
My tip: Freeze bananas in airtight containers so they're ready to go when you need them.
Sip on this creamy fruit smoothie for breakfast, at snack time or even after dinner for a healthier option to sweet desserts.
