To make this tuna salad you will need to first make the creamy herb salad dressing. The salad dressing recipe makes more than you'll need for this recipe, so use it in other ways like drizzling it over salads, pasta salads or grilled chicken, fish or shrimp. For the creamy herb salad dressing you will need fresh garlic, shallots, fresh herbs, lemons for juicing, olive oil, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise and crushed red pepper flakes. To make this tuna salad recipe you will also need two cans of tuna packed in water.

This is not an overly creamy tuna salad. It's lighter, and to me, juicy, which I loved. The tuna salad is full of fresh herbs and has a bright, refreshing lemon flavor. Serve this tuna salad in bread for tuna salad sandwiches, on lettuce or in a wrap for lunch or dinner.
