• 1 cup Italian salad dressing or zesty Italian salad dressing

1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Poke holes into each breast using a fork. Put the chicken into a lightly oiled baking dish.
2. Pour the dressing over the chicken and let it marinate about 30 minutes. (If you don't have time to marinate it, skip this step. It'll still be delicious.) 
3. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
