To make these high-protein baked lemon pepper chicken wings you will need chicken wings, olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning and cornstarch. Start this gluten-free recipe with chicken wings that are separated into drumettes and flats. Toss the wings in a bowl with the olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning. Put the wings onto a baking sheet in a single layer, and bake for about 45 minutes or until cooked through and crispy. Super crispy!
Variation: Try this recipe with chicken legs or thighs. You will have to cook the chicken longer. Serve the chicken wings with bleu cheese dressing or ranch dressing. - 1/4 cup lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (heaping)

- Put the wings into a large bowl. Add the oil and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle in the lemon pepper and cornstarch. Toss to coat.
- Put the wings in a single layer on baking sheets. For easier cleanup, cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
