You'll need:
- 2 cups full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 cup packed baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1/2 teaspoon liquid cinnamon
- several drops stevia
- 4 - 6 ice cubes
- protein powder, to taste
Here's how to make it:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until creamy.
