Why You Need to Stop Multitasking & Really Listen to Your Kids!

It's tempting to do several things at once, even when listening to what your children are trying to tell you. But it's important to show your love, stop and really listen to your kids. Whether they’ve had a tough day at school or on the sports field, a few minutes of your undivided attention can turn it all around.

Even if you just listen and say you understand, it can make all the difference. It’s helpful to remind them that you were a kid once and you remember how tough it was. Listening, and having them feel they’re being heard, creates a connection with kids that will bring you all closer.
