Once a month, treat yourself to your own personal spa experience – at home. After the kids are in bed:

  • Boil some water and steam your face
  • Apply a facial mask
  • Put some olive oil in your hair and wrap it in a hot towel
  • Soak your feet while you read or watch TV (or if you must, work)
  • If you haven’t totally fallen asleep, try to finish it off with a relaxing bubble bath before bed

Come on ladies! It’s not as hard as it sounds and it’s more affordable than paying for each of those treatments at a spa or salon. You’ll be surprised how good you look and feel as a result.
