Baby's first birthday party can get very expensive – and stressful! Here are some tips to keep costs down!
- Have it in your home, your backyard or a public park to cut back on rental fees or restaurant pricing.
- If you do a theme, buy a limited amount of themed paper goods and then buy a bunch of cheap, white, generic plates, napkins and cups to fill in.
- Have the party outside of mealtime and just serve snacks and dessert.
- We splurged on some wine and beer for the adults. Baby's first birthday is really for the parents, after all! The child's time will come soon enough!
Happy birthday, Baby!
