Frustrated that your toddler or preschooler won’t eat vegetables? Play this fun game where it’s OK if he or she disobeys (it’s the point, actually!).
- Make faces on his or her pizza, sandwich, etc., using vegetables.
- Pretend that you need to turn away, but warn him or her in a daring-but-playful way, “DO NOT eat that nose!”
- Repeat with each part that you’ve created with the vegetables (ears, eyes, hair bow, bow tie, hair, etc.).
