"Awesome 8" by musician and former PBS personality Miss Lori is an upbeat compilation of songs with positive, healthy messages about recycling, going green, movement, etc. It encourages kids to be active, and is sectioned by warm-up, aerobic activity, educational lesson and cool down.
Although many of the songs sound similar, it helps maintain the theme. The music is electronic vs. actual musical instruments, and is best suited for kids that are at least 4 years old. (Cheryl Leahy)
