As a busy mom in charge of meals, I'm often late getting dinner on the table. My family inevitably looks for easy snacks to hold them over. Lately, I've been purchasing pre-made veggie trays from the grocery store. For around $10, they're already washed, cut and ready to go, usually with a low-fat dip to accompany them.
I take it out of the fridge and pop it on the counter; no more bad snacking! I also serve it as a side dish for lunch or dinner. You can make a healthier dip as well with plain Greek yogurt and herbs. Here's to healthy (and easy) snacking!
