Can Get Your Picky Eater to Eat Anything Healthy? Try This! Parenting

Having trouble with fussy eaters? No worries! Give your kids a delicious soup to keep them healthy! In addition to making a basic soup stock (beef, chicken or vegetable), boil and puree some of your favorite vegetables and “hide” it in the soup stock. Add:

  • kale
  • spinach
  • lentils
  • other items that your kids turn their nose up at

Then, watch them eat the hearty soup that you’ve prepared. Add some pasta, such as rotini, during the last 15 minutes or so of boiling and you’ve provided a hearty and healthy meal for your kids.
