You reap what you sow. I was taught from a young age that dreams are only limited by how hard you are willing to work for them.
I work full time for a wonderful non-profit 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. I fill in for others on Fridays and Saturdays at a local youth center and spend roughly three months combined a year living in other people’s homes dog sitting and babysitting, and commuting an hour to work. On top of that I am also a tutor, a published writer, soccer coach and a part-time for-hire photographer. I donate whatever time I have left to other charities. When I am not working I love to spend time with my family.
Yes, I am always busy. Yes, I don’t always get to see my friends as much as I’d like, but I would drop everything for a friend in need. I love to work and if God granted me another hour, I’d choose to spend it working. I want to achieve it all, in the most honest way possible. Not by stepping on others on my way to the top but by always being the hardest-working person in the room; first one in the door and last one out.
I am passionate about what I do and I truly appreciate those in my life who understand why I hustle and continue to support me every day. Stay humble. Hustle hard.
