How to Centralize, Simplify & Backup Your Digital Photos (It's Time)! Tech

Are your digital photos scattered over multiple devices? It's time to centralize, simplify and backup.

  • First, centralize all of your photos. Put them all in one place so that they are easily accessible. This will make your photos easier to backup and enjoy.
  • Next, simplify your collection. Focus on quality, not quantity. Deleting photos does not mean that you are discarding memories. Editing your story makes it more shareable and enjoyable. One key is to focus on photos with people in them. Strictly landscape photos are not as memorable.
  • Don’t overlook the importance of setting up a monthly backup schedule for your digital photos. My rule of thumb is 3-2-1. Always keep 3 copies, on 2 different media, with 1 stored offsite. It is your insurance policy that your memories are safe.

It's that easy!
