Moms: Trying to Potty Train Your Son? Have a Man You Trust Show Him How to Go: Here's Why! Parenting Dads

Let’s face it, it's just easier for a dad to show his son how to be the fireman, if you know what I mean. But we often find moms on potty training duty, or in the case of single moms, they needs to find a male role model - even if just for fun.

I believe on average, boys may take longer to potty train largely because moms are usually in charge of the process. For a faster catch-as-you-watch training, I would like to suggest you ask Dad, a grandfather, uncle, older brother or other trusted male to show your son how it's done like a man.

Remember this when it's time to teach him to shave, too!
