Talk to Yourself? Good! Self-Talk is a Survival Strategy for Moms! Parenting

Have you heard of self-talk? It's the practice of talking to yourself in your head or out loud, and it can have a positive impact on your confidence and self-esteem. Self-talk is a form of daily therapy without going anywhere! Ask yourself if you're enjoying the kids and the summer routine or not. It may help you be aware of your feelings and if you get close to the brink and need a break from family versus having a stressed summer!

I agree, it's always good to check in with yourself and "talk" to yourself. Thoughts can get cluttered in your head. There's something about hearing it out loud that gives clarity.
