Asking teens to describe themselves seems counter intuitive; they are generally a negative bunch. But do this at the dinner table and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. (Ignore any eye rolling.) 

  • Everyone list three POSITIVE adjectives to describe someone else at the table. 
  • Everyone list three POSITIVE adjectives to describe him or herself.
