Use Leftover Fabric to Re-style Old Lampshades! Here's How!

I had two shadeless lamps sitting in my home-staging inventory. I could have easily run to the store and bought two lampshades for as low as $24. But, $24 times two, plus tax, is more than $50. Why spend that kind of money when I could be creative instead?

  • After looking through my box of fabric remnants, I come across enough fabric to cover the two small shades.
  • At the craft store, I purchased plain white shades for only $4.99.
  • Next, I hot glued the fabric to the shades.

Ta-da! You can re-use, re-style, re-decor any home with leftover fabric. It's simple, easy, economical and beautiful!
