Want to Avoid Turkey Coma After Your Thanksgiving Feast? Do This!

We have a big family together for Thanksgiving. One of my favorite traditions is playing football together after our big dinner. We usually eat around 1 p.m., and that gives us all afternoon to play around and enjoy each other. Adults and kids go outside and get a big football game going. The kids love it, everyone gets some exercise and it's great way to get everyone involved in something together.

Those that don't want to play are cheering along the sidelines. Laughs and good times are what family holidays are all about. Your family will share these memories for years to come.

Holly Budde This sounds so fun. I love the idea of eating earlier too so there is time to work off the food!
