Drinking Enough Water Can Help Your Hair, Skin & Nails! Read This! Nutrition

You probably know how important drinking six to eight glasses of water a day is. I've always tried to do that. It's just so hard! But I've been exercising more and juicing, so I've increased my water intake. It's amazing the difference I can see in my skin, hair and nails! I always had a toenail that "bowed up" (yuck, I know!), but not anymore! I think I wasn't drinking enough water and was dehydrated and didn't even know it!

Now, I'm buying 20-ounce bottles of water and drinking 60 to 80 ounces a day. Ask your doctor what's right for you!
