Bored with the same ol' snacks day in and day out? Try blueberries! Blueberries are an excellent choice – they’re loaded with vitamins and nutrients. Here's a creative way to enjoy blueberries as a snack! You can also buy mini-rice cakes for this.

You'll need:

  • rice cake
  • blueberries
  • peanut butter or other nut butter 

Here's how to make them:

  1. Spread all-natural peanut butter on the rice cake. (Look for nut butter with one ingredient, no added sugar or oils.) 
  2. Top with blueberries.
