You'll need to raid your spice rack for this easy air-fryer recipe. Here is what to grab from your fridge or freeze and pantry for this gluten-free chicken dinner: boneless/skinless chicken thighs (read about the health benefits of protein), ground turmeric (turmeric is a nutritional powerhouse), onion powder, garlic powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, ground allspice, dried oregano and ground cardamom. (Learn about the health benefits of spices.)
To cook this high-protein chicken dinner, you simple coat the chicken in the spices after seasoning with salt and black pepper, drizzle with a little olive oil and air fry for 12 to 14 minutes. Done!
Serve the chicken thighs whole like I did with your favorite side dishes, or slice the chicken up and serve in pita bread or naan bread.
