Purity Design by IT&LY Hair Fashion is a salon line of 14 cruelty-free styling and finishing products made in Milan, Italy. “Desert Blend” is composed of proteins derived from desert plants – such as Agave, Joshua Tree and Cholla Cactus – to protect hair from harmful UV rays.
We liked the shampoo/conditioner, which lathered well and add UV protection with each washing. You can mix and match a variety of finishing products – from wax to gel to mousse and spray – but we liked the texture we got from the Eco Spray best.
