- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons dried Italian seasoning
- crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
