Based out of New York state, Tal Rappleyea is a lawyer working in municipal law, personal injury, general practice, and much more. Out of all fields Tal works in though, he finds real estate to be the most interesting one. Tal specializes in several aspects of real estate law, such as claim settlements, land deeds, leases, sales and much more. Tal received his education at the State University of New York, Cortland, which used to be known as Cortland State. Tal majored in political science, with a minor in history, and this allowed him to work in the local government and public policy field. After finishing his time at State University, Tal Rappleyea attended Hamline State University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where he earned a Juris Doctorate in public administration.
