Norma Chu is the Founder and CEO of DayDayCook. DayDayCook (NYSEAM: DDC) is on a mission to share the joy of Asian cooking culture with the world, offering a suite of accessible and healthy ready-to-eat, ready-to-cook, and ready-to-heat products that cater to the global palate. Norma became one of the few female entrepreneurs who has successfully taken their company public last year – a major feat.

Norma has two passions in life — finance and cooking. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she moved to the US with her family at the age of 11. After graduating from the University of Washington, she returned to Hong Kong to embark on a financial career and became the Head of Research of HSBC Private Bank in 2010. In 2012, inspired by her girlfriends at home who could not cook, she turned her other passion into a business, starting DayDayCook. Since its inception, DayDayCook has evolved from a content-driven platform to a multinational consumer food company, curating a broad range of brands that champion authenticity, nutrition, and convenience. The company's growing portfolio includes DayDayCook, Nona Lim, Yai’s Thai, AsiaMama, MengWei, and Yujia Weng.
