Summer Family Vacations: This Travel Hack Will Change the Way You Pack! by Eirene Heidelberger

Our family of five travels as much as we can and we often take Grandpa with us, too. That's a lot of people! The last hour leading up to everyone departing our home could be stressful, but, it isn't. I have our schedule down to a science, so we're always calm and out the door on time. 

1. I rise before the family to make sure I'm dressed and put together. 
2. I have a checklist of last-minute items I carry around the house that I cross off as they're packed. 
3. Lastly, I'm in charge of when a suitcase is ready to go. 

When one person takes the lead, it saves the family time, confusion and stress!
