It's a Wynn for Vegans in Las Vegas: Finding Amazing Vegetarian & Vegan Options in "Sin City"

Finding vegetarian options in Las Vegas is possibly more difficult than winning a jackpot. At least it was for me until I learned that the Encore and the Wynn hotels all have vegan and vegetarian menus.

My favorite pick of restaurants in the two hotels is definitely Andrea’s. Named after the wife of Steve Wynn, it is sophisticated and creative with the menu options. The massive painting of Andrea’s eyes add to the mystique of the modern restaurant. It is a quiet luxury in the noisy town of Las Vegas.

One night we couldn’t eat in the restaurant because my husband only packed shorts, which are not acceptable dinner attire at Andrea’s. So we chose to eat at the bar outside of the restaurant. We were treated like long lost friends who had come back for a visit.

Each time we eat at Andrea’s the vegetarian/vegan options are given just as much thought and attention as the regular menu options. There are few places in the world who cater to vegetarians and vegans the way Andrea’s does. Every visit I can’t wait to eat in a place so welcoming in a sea of noise and chaos.

Two of my kids are vegan, so I know how hard it is to find vegan options in most places. If I ever get them to Vegas with us, will definitely go to Andrea's. My husband and I got engaged at SW Steakhouse in the Wynn. We've eaten there numerous times since, but have never seen Andrea's. Thanks for the insider tip!
