Why Are Moms Like Elephants? Watch This Adorable Video That You'll Never Forget & Find Out by Gail Harris

They say an elephant never forgets. Well, there are things a mom never forgets – like her baby’s first steps. I was so inspired by this awesome video of a baby elephant (I named her Winnie) taking her very first steps and her mama (I named her Bertha) supporting her. It reminded me that being a mom is life’s most sacred journey.

Notice how Bertha stood steady and strong. When Winnie’s little legs collapsed she wasn’t dismayed. La di da. She trusted the awesome process of life unfolding. Moms, I think big Bertha has something to teach us, and it’s this:

  • Some things can’t be rushed.
  • You have to go with the flow. And take it slow.

So, what in your life do you not want to regret? Think about it, and then never forget.
