This Mindful Practice Geneen Roth Shared With Oprah Will Change the Energy of Your Day!

Geneen Roth was interviewed by Oprah Winfrey on her show, "Super Soul Sunday," which features programs that nourish the mind, body and spirit. Her message is that judgment, criticism and shame never ever lead to transformation. Instead, a disciplined positive spirit is necessary to bring greater balance and wholeness into your life. She says that to stop judgment, you need to focus on what IS going right with intention. This shifts your energy in a positive direction.

Set time aside, three times daily, to make focusing on what is going right your new default program. When you connect to the energy of what you want, you allow creative expression to blossom, reflecting the joy and abundance you desire. The benefit is that you confront negative thought patterns head on with gratitude.

What an awesome reminder Stephanie Cannoe ! Sometimes it's too easy to fall into the trap of dwelling on what isn't going right rather than focusing and reminding yourself of what is going right. Love this! Thanks for sharing! ;) xo<3
