Jetlag stinks for everyone, but it can be especially difficult for toddlers. If you are heading out for a week of vacation and it requires a time change, consider if it’s worth getting your child on a new time schedule. Just about the time he or she is on the new schedule, it may be time to head back home. 

My tip? Consider your plans and try to work around your kids’ schedule. It may lead to less meltdowns and a less stressful time for all!
