We are privately owned by founder Monica Teplis, whose continuity of ownership and direct involvement in the day-to-day operation of the agency has been a key factor in maintaining the strong relationships that exist between us and our clientele. Annual sales volume has grown steadily each year, exceeding $148 Million in 2016.
