10 Easy Ways to Help Increase Your Breast Milk Supply!

Breast milk is produced through supply and demand, so it's important to nurse your baby even if your supply is low. Supplementing can reduce your supply, so don't supplement unless your doctor and/or lactation consultant tells you to. To help increase your supply:

  1. Feed your baby often.
  2. Eat oatmeal.
  3. Use a breast pump between feedings.
  4. Take fenugreek.
  5. Drink Mother's Milk tea.
  6. Eat lactation cookies.
  7. Reduce stress.
  8. Ensure you're eating enough calories.
  9. Get a good night's rest, if possible.
  10. Try blessed thistle.

Always check with your doctor before taking supplements.
